PAP-APALOOZA - Breast and Cervical Screening Clinic

In response to high demand, the Perth Family Health Team is partnering the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital, the Lanark Leeds and Grenville Health Unit, Lanark County Mental Health, and Andrea Pickett Physiotherapy to offer a women's health clinic for patients who live within 50km of Perth, and do not have a primary care provider.

Cervical cancer is almost entirely preventable with regular screening, appropriate and timely follow-up of abnormal results, and HPV immunization. Finding cancer early means it is less likely to spread and there is a better chance of treating it successfully.

We have collaborated with diagnostic imaging and can offer a mammogram appointment. Getting regular mammograms is important because they can help find cancer early and may lower the risk of dying from breast cancer. We are unable to offer will not be scanning high risk patients. If you are considered high risk, please reach out to book an appointment with our unattached clinic. If you are unsure if you are high risk, the link to follow will help you decide.
